I have now purchased both the BackApp chair and the 360 balance board. Both are helping enormously to alleviate the breathing difficulties and discomfort I suffer from having a twisted pelvis. Are there any additional exercises you can recommend augment the ones already posted on YouTube? Thanks! I have a Back App chair in my clinic and recommend it to patients with lower back, neck problems as well as headaches and stiff shoulders. It’s a great chair to help improve posture.
