We actively work to ensure that we comply with the rules and meet the expectations placed on us. However, when you visit our website, fill in our form to test Backapp free of charge, register for our newsletter, apply for a job or work with us, we process your data as the personal data controller.
What kind of personal data do we process?

Your data is processed only by relevant persons within Backapp and by subcontractors engaged by us.

Data that is forwarded to another party is only used in order to provide the services we develop for our customers.
We never forward, sell or change your personal data for marketing purposes.

If your data is inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant, you can ask to have it corrected or deleted. We can't delete your data in cases where there is a statutory requirement to store it, such as in accounting rules, or when there are other legitimate reasons why the data must be saved.
