Back App Europe AB reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of the site following any such changes constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as changed. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you use this website.
We do not guarantee that all the items available at the Backapp.eu web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the case of incorrect stock balance affecting your order we will contact you shortly by phone or by e-mail.
Backapp.eu cannot warrant that the content of Backapp.eu is at all times free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. Backapp.eu may at any time change the content of the site.
Though Backapp.eu strive to always display the correct texts, images and pricing on the site and web shop, errors can occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount when shopping from the web shop, we will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order. If we are unable to get in touch with you, your order will be automatically cancelled.
Part of the services mediated through Backapp.eu are performed external organizations. In situations where Backapp.eu acts as agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities.
Backapp.eu cannot be held responsible for any damages caused from using the site or for custormers not being able to use the site. Backapp.eu cannot guarantee a problem-free uninterrupted and secure access to the web site.
All personal information saved at Backapp.eu will be handled with utmost care. The information that we store will not be sold or used for any purposes other than making sure you get the best service possible. It will solely be used for informing you about special offers and other marketing activities related to the different units of Backapp.eu. Your personal data may be disclosed to third parties only when it is necessary to fulfill the purposes described above.
You have the right to at any time know what information is kept about you in our systems. This information can be requested by sending an email to email@example.com. If the information is incomplete or incorrect, you have the right to have the information corrected or deleted. All customers paying by creditcard are subject to validation checks. Backapp.eu reserves the right to delay any order if we suspect a further security control is needed.

You can set your browser to notify you when a cookie is to be activated. This enables you to reject usage of this cookie or to tell your browser to erase the cookie at the end of your visit. The web shop cannot be used if you disallow cookies.
Backapp.eu may contain links to other websites beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for content or privacy policies of such sites.
We cannot guarantee that colors in the website are fully equivalent to the items actual colors. This depends on the color settings of your computer and monitor.
Payment & Prices
We accept card payments by Visa, Eurocard, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal through PayEx.
Orders to countries outside the EU may be assessed, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Backapp.eu ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Exchanges and refunds
During 30 days following the delivery of your order, you may request an exchange or refund on items, which you must return to us in original condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. Backapp.eu cannot accept returns where labels have been removed.
You are responsible for the shipping of returnable items back to Backapp.eu. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated.
Shipping charges on approved returned merchandise are at the expense of Backapp.eu will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product. Provided that the product is in original condition, to the original purchaser's credit card. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability.
Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery.

The same policy as above applies during sales periods, except that Backapp.eu will not allow exchanges.
Shipping costs will not be refunded for uncollected items.
Violation of rules
Backapp.eu reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site.
Individuals violating the restriction of password protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.
In case of Force Majeur, Backapp.eu's obligations are rendered null and void. The contract between you and Backapp.eu can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Backapp.eu. A Force Majeur is in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events.
Backapp.eu will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and as possible.
The laws of you country may be different from the laws in Sweden and there may be additional legal requirements for you to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website.

All orders are fulfilled at our distribution center in Dayton, NJ within 7 business days (subject to card clearance and stock availability). We operate Monday to Friday and not on public holidays. When your order is placed we will send you a preliminary confirmation. Once your package is shipped we will send you an email with final confirmation and instructions on how to track.

All orders are delivered with Posten.
Due to courier restrictions and the risk of credit card fraud we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If you wish to send products to more than one address, please place one order for each address.
